Our goal at Wisteria Park is to maximize the sense of self and foster individual and group connection with fellow residents and staff, all in a safe and secure environment.

- Ongoing training and certifications in the field of dementia care to ensure impactful and compassionate support
- Horticulture therapy in the Memory Support Garden

Every day, residents will have access to a range of programs and activities designed to stimulate and energize, from horticulture therapy in the Memory Support Garden, to music therapy, to off-campus outings that provide a wonderful change of scenery.
Our Memory Support team maintains a range of certifications and a focus that provides not only the warm, personalized support our residents and their loved ones want, but also the smart and impactful therapeutic engagement residents need. We do all of this to protect and even increase mental activity, and to preserve and boost self-esteem.
